EP Telephone Issues
Anyone else having issues getting connected to a real EP agent this morning? The main line picks up, you listen to hold music for awhile. But then during the transfer - it just disconnects. I've tried 2-3x over the last hour, and now I'm beginning to personalize it. Want to make sure someone else is feeling / seeing this..

Just got through... Agent said nobody has been able to get through all morning. She said I was the first person she has spoken with in half an hour.

Definitely not alone.
Tough morning for the call centers. Got cut off around 10 times. Eventually one of the agents was able to sort my problem out, not sure whom. They mis-spelled my name tho', so now I have a ticketed reservation for which I can't check in. No chance of calling them to fix this ...
I guess I'll turn up at the airport in good time tonight and see what happens ...

I am getting through on calls now. The call back option does not work- system does not recognize/register the phone prompts/touch tones.

Facing flight delay due to ORD weather. 16 minute hold time on EXP line.

yeah, I've been stuck at ORD all day and even the AC agent can't give an update on departure times.
Weather has cleared up and there's a double rainbow over the control tower, which is kinda cool.

A call system/center failure could certainly be in progress, but looking at weather.gov, with tornado watches across IL, IN and MI, amongst other weather issues, like wind advisories across much of the NE, in the mixer, it's entirely possible that delays are simply a function of volume, as cancels/rebooks/modifications are predominantly done with humans and, if many travelers are like myself, they're on the phone to a call center whilst standing in line at an airport hit with IRROPs.

Sounds like the system is still a mess with the added challenge of weather irrops. Maybe Twitter will get me an answer...
