Make/Hold Reservation on AA.com; Buy at CTO?

Make/Hold Reservation on AA.com; Buy at CTO?
I haven't purchased anything on AA.com since they introduced the "hold reservations" feature. Is it possible to create the reservation online, hold it, and then buy it at a CTO? Thanks.

not sure where you have been past couple of months, but AA closed all of their CTO's.
You are referring to ATO - Airport Ticket Office. . .
To answer your question, yes, you can still hold reservations - and pay for them at Airport.

Or, you can call and buy it over the phone. You still get your online booking bonus as long as the record locater was created on-line.

Thanks for the answers.
I'm going to the CTO at 125 Park Avenue so AA couldn't have closed ALL of its CTOs

Yeah, you can put a reservation on hold.
I last did it on 9/10 at the Fashion District CTO, had no problems.
Fortunately, were're still lucky enough to have 2 CTOs in NYC. I think AA realized there was no way in hell they could not have one here.
