Can u reserve an award seat...
Can u reserve an award seat without actually having the needed mileage in your account? (And "ticket" it when your account does have the miles?).
And if so, what is the length of time they let you hold reservation?

Thanks for the info! A follow up question: how many extensions do they normally allow (provided it's more than one)?
