I received a code, tried to use it but then got a message about a fare increase after I put CC information in. I did not move forward with the reservation but now it says the code has been used :-(
Wonder if I can call someone and see if I can reuse it or get a different code, any suggestions?

Never got one. Or the 10% offs. Or the "boy are you in for trouble next year with no soft landing" email. Qualified initially with Challenge but EXP traditionally though on trip tomorrow ends Tues 
I'm sure these blast emails result from a complex algorithm in the marketing department--when it comes time to "cash in my SWU" for our trips next year I would mind getting a couple!
