Double miles LAX-CDG?
According to http://www.insideflyer.com/@flyer/domestic/bonusa_a.htm there's a double miles offer through Sept. 30 for LAX-CDG (for any fare except Q or O), but it doesn't have an offer code, and aa.com is down.
