EA/AA/FA fan club?
Perhaps this doesn't warrant a topic, but...
Hat's off to EA/AA/FA for making helpful posts since his/her debut here, and for also helping me personally find a helpful ear at AA customer service to resolve a problem I'd almost given up on. If I had paws there'd be four of 'em up high!
Looking forward to your continued info from your perspective,
-KP

Here, here! It's always a pleasure to find someone who enjoys their job and is both knowledgeable and helpful. EA/AA/FA, you understand us as customers while at the same time helping us to understand the AA side of things. Thanks for all your help so far! We look forward to many more of your posts. :-)

Not sure if s/he wants to post a snail mail address, but I'd be willing to "screen" such info to EA/AA/FA via [email protected].
If our helpful poster gives the okay, I could forward along such info, etc. Whaddaya say, E/A/F? You could post an e-mail address (or the snail mail address outright), or I could handle your voluminous forthcoming fan mail.

I completely concur. You should be rewarded, since sometimes -- not that often, but it seems to run in cycles -- I get the impression that absolutely NO ONE at American cares about the customers.
You've made me realize that lots of people there are doing their absolute best to give us great service, in the face of a sometimes too-rigid system.
Thanks!

I recommend: A Spirit of Greatness: Stories from the Employees of American Airlines it's a great collection of testimonials of employees helping employees, customers, and others. It's by John Capozzi, ISBN 0-9656410-3-1
This should be the Bible for AA.

Thank you all for your compliments. They are very much appreciated, however, I really didn't do anything to deserve such praise. I just pointed "the kidmeister" in a direction where I knew he would receive a response, and I'm not sure, as of this moment, if I am satisfied with the response he has been given. That may turn into another thread altogether.
Truly, I am the person who has gained from helping kidpachinko. As my publicity agent, I will let "kid" decide what to do.
Thank you for your praise. It is truly appreciated.
