2nd Refund on Int'l fare drop??

2nd Refund on Int'l fare drop??
Didn't find this when searching so apologize if I missed it, but does anyone know if you can do more than one price drop credit on an international flight?
I ask because I spent $1850 on a DFW-ORD-FCO, CDG-BOS-DFW flight and already got one refund of $93 when the fare went down to $1500 or so ($343 diff minus $250 change fee).
My question is I just put the same flights on hold again at a fare of $1142, so if I can do another change, I'd get another $115 or so in credit.
Anyone done the price change refund more than once onthe same itinerary?
