The link says it's targeted for existing customers but when you click on it and put in your AA number it let's new customers sign up as well.

Please correct title. It is Earn between 25 K - 75 K miles with deposit between $ 50 k - $ 300 k with TD Ameritrade.

Small print:
Account must remain open with minimum required funding for 12 months, or TD AMERITRADE may charge the account for the cost of the miles.
It may not be a good deal for those who cannot tie up their money for an extended period. I do wonder what is their cost for the miles?
