ANA can't see my JAPAN domestic award reservation

ANA can't see my JAPAN domestic award reservation
I booked for my family's Japan domestic reservations using my miles.
When I called ANA USA office to make some requests, ANA rep did not find those reservations.
They said they use the different systems so only highly skilled reps can find those reservations.
That is not a good way to handle the reservation.
They found that my miles have been deducted, but they did not know where the miles went.
I asked the second agent and she could not find, and asked third agent, and she found our reservations finally without the delay, and said only skilled/trained rep could find those.
However, she said if we want to input any requests such as connecting information, I have to call ANA JAPAN office.
