How the heck do you change an award?
Seriously. I booked an online ticket US - EU a week ago. I have been on hold for 2 hours and no one ever picks up. The website doesn’t seem to support changing the dates. How are people doing it?

Keep in mind though that the deval just happened, so anything you change now (as of like 12 hours ago) will be subject to new chart pricing.
