JPY 80,000 worth of gift certificates (Diamond certs)

JPY 80,000 worth of gift certificates (Diamond certs)
Any other Diamonds out there know if I can give these to someone else to use on an ANA flight (they are used for duty free shopping), or do they need a Diamond AMC card to use them? Mine expire end of March and I won’t use them in time (won’t be flying back from the US to Japan by then) so would like to trade them for something to someone but want to ensure they can use them. Pretty sure they can but just double checking. Thanks.
