Error booking partner RT award
I was doing some test booking before my ideal dates with AMC:
2022/03/18 JFK-ICN-HND
2022/04/04 HND-ICN-JFK
After I picked out the flights (OZ), I get hit with
Has anyone seen this before?

Your itinerary is invalid. please read the award rule carefully.
US-Japan requires 55000 miles in Y.
US-Korea requires 60000 miles in Y.
So, the end point (turn around point) in your itinerary is ICN.
This means,
Outbound JFK-ICN
Inbound ICN-HND-ICN-JFK.
However, you can't pass through turnaround point twice.
So, you can't pass through ICN again.
Therefore, your itinerary is invalid.
US-Japan requires 55000 miles in Y.
US-Korea requires 60000 miles in Y.
So, the end point (turn around point) in your itinerary is ICN.
This means,
Outbound JFK-ICN
Inbound ICN-HND-ICN-JFK.
However, you can't pass through turnaround point twice.
So, you can't pass through ICN again.
Therefore, your itinerary is invalid.

Thank you! So in the example provided, a partner award ticket cannot be purchased for that itinerary? You have to fly on ANA to get to HND, or a partner that has its first segment at a lower cost than HND? What did you decide to do?

Can someone tell me what’s wrong with this routing? Getting error code.
ORD-TPE-OSA (Eva)
TYO-ORD (ANA)
Update: I figured it out. It’s bc the TPE-OSA segment is Y when the others are J. I’ve never had that issue before. Usually I can book those as long as I do via the multi city search. At least I think I have in the past. Maybe I called it in for booking. Is that right?
