ANA fuel surcharges on various partner airlines? (award bookings)

ANA fuel surcharges on various partner airlines? (award bookings)
I was wondering whether there's a comprehensive list detailing which airlines incur fuel surcharges when booked as an ANA award ticket? (I did a search, but couldn't ind any recent threads).
Based on my experience the fuel surcharges don't necessarily match what ITA produces, and there seem to be a few "quirks". Based on my experience and some older threads, there are:
no fuel surcharges on:
UA
NZ
AC (is this still accurate?)
low fuel surchares on:
BR
AI
NH (varies by route; YQ is regulated on flights to/from Japan)
high fuel surcharges:
LH (same as on paid tickets)
LX (same as on paid tickets)
OS (same as on paid tickets)
If anyone is an expert on NH and/or has recent data points, any input would be much appreciated!
