what happens when waitlisted award ticket does not clear
Hi, new to ANA here. My question is that what happens when a waitlisted award ticket in Business class does not eventually clear? Will I be put on Economy while still paying the Business rate? Or I will be refunded the difference between economy and business? TIA for your help!
