Japanese airports have departure passport control, so domestic departure gates and international departure gates are segregated. ANA does not have a lounge in domestic departure gate area of NRT. However, international arrival area, next to domestic check in area before security, ANA has an arrival lounge. As a passenger on international ANA J class you have access to the arrival lounge before you make your way to domestic departure gates.

Thank you! I've never taken a domestic flight in Japan before. I'm booking the ticket with ANA points, but for the domestic leg there's no J/F option. Are all the domestic flights coach only? Or are they just not bookable with points? I'm fine with coach since it's a short flight, just curious.

ANA has Premium Class on their domestic flights which serve meals, some 737s and A320s do not have Premium Class. There is no mileage/points awards for Premium Class. Mileage/points awards on ANA domestic flights are in economy class only.

There have quite a selection of milk and juices - but not much else.
