ANA Lounge in Manila

was some little restaurant. Is there a 'regular' lounge or is it always like that?

It's always been like that -- there is no proper lounge in T3. T3 is still served only by LCCs and NH, though there have been constant announcements on when other airlines are going to move.

Horrible experience. No specific issue but felt really strange.

That's the only one available at this time, I hope they get a regular lounge soon...the food they had last week was not bad I must say

I've also used this restaurant (lounge) why flying ANA business class. Is it also available if flying Y class + Star Alliance Gold card?

I assume not, since the Star Alliance Lounge Finder tool only lists TG and SQ as official lounges at MNL. Unfortunately neither of which are at Terminal 3.

If you're an NH elite, then maybe -- I have only flown out of MNL in C so I don't know the answer.

NH will give you a lounge invite card if you're *G and in Y.

+1. I just asked for a pass when checking in. Actually lounge isn't bad- service is very nice. You r about 35 feet from the gate and since the restaurant is open you can easily see the gate

Lounge situation in T3

Is the lounge situation still the same as described up thread? I read that Singapore Airlines has moved to T3. I wondered if there was now a Star Alliance lounge.

AFAIK there are no new lounges open in T3, so the current situation remains unchanged for now.

There are new lounges for certain airlines like Delta and Cathay Pacific that I have been to, but ANA still uses the restaurant for some reason, which is awful and crowded.

You're right -- there is a new airport-operated lounge (Pacific Club) that some carriers are using. Perhaps NH is waiting for the SQ lounge to open?
