Agreed. I do like the new top better than the old one, but the bottoms leave a lot to be desired.

Noted that with the new bedding, the orange/yellow throw seems to have disappeared as well...

ANA 1st Class Pajamas

I travelled FIRCLA on ANA TYO-JFK last October (2013) and was offered Blue Pajamas as soon as I was seated. After using them, when we landed at JFK but prior to leaving aircraft the stewardess asked " Do wish to keep the pajamas or can I give you a new pair to take away with you?". I took a new pair and after multiple washes at home (Cold wash) these pajamas are superb quality and feel like new each time I wear them. I have also been on Cathay FIRCLA last year JFK-HKG and their pajamas are ok for throwing away after flight but u cannot compare to ANA. In general, that was my first ever time on ANA FIRCLA and place them right up there with CX SQ EY for sure. I also praise Qatar Airways Bizcla which is superb. I can only imagine what their FIRCLA might be like. I travelling on Korean FIRCLA on A380 JFK-SEL-BKK FIRCLA next month for 1st time. Let's see how they compare.

I'm not sure where the abbreviation "FIRCLA" comes from, but Qatar doesn't have it - bizcla only.

ANA Sleeping goods - Pajamas

This is off-topic, but QR does offer F class on some short/mid-haul routes to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Good to read, that those PJ's are good quality.
Have booked myself last night an F award HND-FRA First Class using UA MP miles in November.
I am really looking forward for this trip, especially the dining part.

Are the business class pajamas just a top or is it a regular two-piece pajama set?

(Flying the NH red-eye on the 787 between SIN and NRT.)
