Flight listed incorrectly in res system

Flight listed incorrectly in res system
Don't know if anyone will be able to help me with this, but it's worth a try.
I'm booked on the AZ business special next year from LAX-FCO. My flights have been rescheduled, and I am now on CO from LAX-EWR (AZ 3904 operated by CO 1403) and EWR-LAX (AZ 3902 a.k.a. CO 702).
The reservation system doesn't indicate AZ 3902 as a codeshare, and AZ, expedia.com & CO insisted at first that this flight is operated by AZ.
Now, expedia tells me it is a codeshare (no kidding!) and it is operated by CO, but it is in the reservation system incorrectly. I can find my outbound reservation on continental.com, but there is no record of a reservation on CO 702.
Will this eventually work itself out, or should I be worried about no reservation on CO the day of travel?

Its in Italian, but straightforward. I don't think they have this on the english site.
AZ doesn't operate a flight from NYC to the West Coast. Your flight has to be CO operated. Basically on AZ tickets you typically have 3 options from west coast to NYC and reverse... CO to EWR or DL/UA to JFK.
AZ 3902 is in the GDS... it operates daily except Saturday.

It's there, but at some point it is not identified as a codeshare anymore. I know it's operated by Continental, but I'm not sure the computers know it. Here's what my reservation looks like. The first flight is identified as a codeshare. The other is not.
