JNB lounge access

Flying JNB-FCO tomorrow in Y (on an AZ ticket).....just checked the Skyteam Lounge Finder:
https://www.skyteam.com/en/lounges/l...%20Intl%20(JNB)

....which implies that only AF-KL-DL pax are admitted to the SLOW Lounge (the first one listed).

SLOW Lounge
Location: International Departures Duty Free Area, Mezzanine Level

Surely this can't be right. Can anyone provide me with up-to-date info? Thanks!

To answer my own question, I was admitted to the lounge without any problem. Even though at the entrance only AF-KL-DL names/logos were shown.

Why?

This is a very nice lounge operated by Comair (d.b.a. British Airways - flying domestic and regional routes in South Africa).

Although the sign at the main level doesn't say AZ, the glass of the lounge itself actually has an Alitalia decal.

Neither check-in person nor lounge agent thought I should be let in (travelling Y, STE+) but a supervisor intervened.
