Max 75% transfer requirement?
I saw this on milez.biz and wanted to verify:
Only 75% of the price of a MilleMiglia redemption ticket may be paid with miles transferred from a partner, at least 25% must be paid with miles earned with MilleMiglia directly.
Is this a new requirement? So I can't transfer all the miles for a MM award from Amex Membership Rewards any more?

Perhaps it's new to the 2015 program ?
I traveled using MM awards in April 2015 with 100% of the miles from Amex MR. The tickets were issued on Feb 15, 2015.

Seems they make an exception for MR:
You're right. I just came off the phone to their help line and the lady confirmed that Amex points don't have a usage limit of 75% of a redemption.
Another question - is it possible to hold redemption seats for 24/48/72 hours in some way while Amex points transfer over?
