Recruiting for an awesome kayak trip to the Misty Fjords Nat. Monument (Ketchikan, AK
Well, this might not be exactly OMNI material (it's certainly travel related), but I can't seem to find another forum where it fits perfectly.
My friend and I are planning to do this kayak trip to the Misty Fjords National Monument from September 8th-13th (returning around 2:00 pm on the 13th allowing you to catch one of the Alaska departures back to Seattle on that date).

The catch is that at least four people are necessary to make the trip while currently we stand at two. So, want to go on an awesome kayaking trip!?
Please contact Southeastern Exposure to express interest and reply to this thread or PM me so we'll have a better idea of potential numbers.

IMHO, this belongs in community, where get togethers are organized.
However, if it's a money-making endeavor, it might not be permitted there either.

Wish I could join you, but I wish you luck in getting the trip together. We kayaked Resurrection Bay out of Seward a couple of years ago and, despite needing to be rescued due to a wind shift, had a fantastic time.
