Great experience Alaska Airlines and Courtyard Hotel
We were checking in at the Elite desk at the Anchorage Airport and my friend realized that he had left his wallet with ID, credit cards and cash in the hotel room at the Courtyard. The gate agent called the Courtyard from her station and put my friend on the phone with the front desk at the hotel. Housekeeping found it while he stayed on the phone and they sent it to the airport with their van. He met the driver outside and had it back within 15 minutes.
