Navigating the Alaska Air Website

Is it just me, or is the AS website difficult to navigate for certain information?

I just booked an AS50 PDX/LAS for June and was curious if I'd receive bonus booking miles for using my AS Visa card. I was also curious whether I'd earn miles for the flight.

I have spent 30 minutes searching the website, and couldn't find the answer to my question. Even "Jenn" got confused by my questions. Can someone tell me the answer to the above questions, or point me to where this information might be on the AS website?

Thank you,

Kurt

You earn 50% flown miles on the AS50 award

http://www.alaskaair.com/as/mileagep...qs/Awards.asp# (#2)

You earn the bonus for every ticket, which includes award tickets.

Thanks Missy. One more question, if you don't mind. I searched this one too with no success. I signed up for the double mile promotion. Will I get double miles with the AS50 also? That'll get me about 1/3 of my miles back is it does.

yes you will.

You'll get double of what you normally would earn on the AS50

(so if the flight was 1000 miles, you'd get 500 base miles, plus 500 for the Double Mile bonus)

What if you purchase an AS50 for F....do I get a F EQM bonus?

Say 1000 flown, so 500 miles earned, so 750 for F bonus X 2 for 1500 miles?

So 1500 EQMs?
