I have 90.000 miles from alaska air, I think I won't used it anymore, any body can tell me how can i cash it or sale it.

Under the Terms and Conditions of AS (and all airlines for that matter) you are unable to cash them in for anything other then reward tickets (ie, no cash value) and are explicitly prohibited from selling them (or trading, bartering, et cetera).
90,000 miles will send three friends to Mexico who will no doubt be grateful. I suggest that.
