Alaska miles at Silver Legacy in Reno?

Alaska miles at Silver Legacy in Reno?
Has anyone had luck getting miles on Alaska for stays at the Silver Legacy Casino and Resort in Reno, NV?
I have given them my Alaska # on both of my stays and neither has posted to my account. The stay in August I even faxed a copy of the bill to Alaska CS but no luck.
I know it's a small number of miles I was just wondering what the next course of action is.

In case anyone else was wondering about this, the points do finally post. (Although it may take 6 months.)
I had 2 stays. Each earned 200 points a piece.
