Ravn flights earn AS EQMs now

Just in case anyone missed this, as of this year you can earn AS EQMs on Ravn. I flew ANC-DUT yesterday and the miles have already posted. I’ll still choose Aleutian when I can, as the 4.5 hour flight (including a CDB stop) was pretty brutal. But, the miles make it a little less painful.

What's the difference between Aluetian (that I've honestly never heard of before) ad Ravn? Both appear to use turbo-props....DH8 vs. SF3?

Aleutian is a new-ish airline (late-2022) based in ANC that is owned(?) by Alaska Seaplanes. I've heard really good things about them so far, but I haven't had a chance to fly with them yet.
They seem to be picking up some of the routes that Ravn has dropped.

The Saab is larger and significantly faster than the Dash 8. I’ve only flown Aleutian once and it was a good experience. The locals here claim they are more reliable than Ravn. Their related company, Alaska Seaplanes flies all over southeast AK.

Just in time for Ravn to start circling the drain thanks to their New Pacific debacle.
