Last weekend I travelled
Sat IAD-SEA 7am to premium
Sun SEA -PDX 305 p to FC
Wed PDX-ORD 7a to premium
AA ORD-DCA. No upgrade. I did get upgraded on previous AA flight to FC

The flight actually went out with 1 empty seat in F. I wrote into Alaska Listens from the tarmac. For a 1 hr flight I don't care that much, but my companion and I would have been willing to split up for the flight so at least one of us got the upgrade, and also I would have appreciated if the gate agents at least asked us if we'd be willing to split up. Let's say we were asked and weren't willig to split up, I feel strongly that the upgrade should have gone to #3 on the list.
