Denied Bonus Miles on AA Flight
I'm confused with this.... Flew PDX>LAX, LAX>OGG on the same ticket and credited it to my AS FF account. PDX>LAX miles were immediately credited (50% EQM + 50% RDM + RDM 75K bonus). Initially there was no documentation or miles from the second leg of the flight. I let a few weeks go by and submitted a request for credit and just saw it show up in my account but without the RDM 75K bonus - and it says "Declined, Duplicate Request" which I don't understand. Am I missing something here? I should get the bonus as I did on the first part of the flight, right?
