Got the email as well, as data points.

We were impacted. our cancelled segment (on 03 Apr) was less than 750 miles. 75K got 7.5K miles RDM & EQM. Gold got 5K RDM of which 4K EQM

I didn’t get the last email and I didn’t get this email, maybe that means in a month I will get an email and they will double it to 20,000 for an MVPG100k (my wishful thinking)

MVPG - received 5k RDM/4k EQM. Number of miles based on current elite status level, perhaps? 10% of miles needed to requalify?

No email; which seems about right for a company burning a ton of time, money, employee morale, union relations, customer experience, and public goodwill … in order to save money. AS is not about “care”, at all.

I got the 10K email today as well. I was 2 for 3 cancellations since April 1. Have a DL round trip next week. My next AS flight is in last week of April. I hope the situation will improve by then!

I'm MVPG and got the same thing for a cancelled HNL-SAN leg.

For those stranded by AS on long haul routes where they only serve once daily, how many days were you delayed? Did they proactively book you on other airlines? IMHO, 10k RDMs and EQMs is hardly worth a multi-day delay. Interested to hear more details about the delays. As my work travel resumes next month (finally), this MVPG and UA Platinum will be looking to UA because of the continued melt-downs at AS.

MVP, nothing for me. My husband (on the same itinerary) is MVPG and got the 5K/4k. I have a bunch of work travel that I would have ordinarily booked on AS, but am booking elsewhere because I can't risk it.

Originally got rebooked on a Hnl-Sea-San the following day. Told the agent that wouldn’t work because I need to fly to Texas upon my return and couldn’t lose a day. Was rebooked on United Hnl-Sfo-San our the same day of departure as our original flight. We got decent seats due to our United Gold status and even got United mileage credit.

United has been very reliable lately and as a lifetime Gold, it makes it easy to switch back.
