Does AS charge agency takeover fees on ticket changes?

Does AS charge agency takeover fees on ticket changes?
Might choose to fly AS over WN on an upcoming trip. Work will only pay for coach, but F is only $60 more round trip. So I might buy the Y ticket and up-fare it to F. Will AS charge any agency takeover fees if I call them to do this? AMEX travel is our corporate TA.
did this a few years ago and was charged only the fare diff. Hopefully nothings changed?

Can you not call Amex GBT after and ask them to upfare with the payment difference out of your pocket?
On AA I have the option to buy up to F even with a corporate booking, so I don't see it being an issue on AS side.

maybe. I haven’t tried this with Amex yet. Our old corporate TA wouldn’t do it, I always had to call the airline directly.
