Can’t log in to WiFi On iPad : perpetually spinning

On flight now and it won’t let me log into WiFi in my account using my iPad. Can watch a movie but can’t log into WiFi.

I can log into WiFi on my iPhone and thus logged in now.

anyone have this problem and any solutions. I have a monthly subscription so I can work on emails while on flight.

Use your phone as a hotspot?

I feel like this was discussed at some point on one of the number of wifi threads... I just don't know which one. Yeah, that's not very helpful.

Used chrome and the incognito mode and put in the website and it worked.

Put my safari browser on iPad in privacy mode and was then able to sign in as well.

This is just a guess - since incognito mode worked, you may need
to clear saved website data for your in-flight WiFi provider. There could be something stored there that isn't valid anymore. Easiest way to do this is to use the "clear history and website data" feature in Safari. This will wipe out everything though, so any saved sessions, form
data, etc will be gone. You can also go to advanced settings and manually pick what you want to delete.
