I had one on Sat., JFK-LAX. All I tasted was ginger - not likely to want another. F/A (F/C) told me how she makes her Mules at home - more ingredients - maybe those would be good. And when I told her my experience, she suggested I ask for a double w/ a ginger.beer topper.

They have them in the AL @LAX but it is on the premium menu.

I have now tried them on several flights, then compared them against bartender made versions. I doubt I will ask for another one onboard. Just not that good compared to on the ground.

I just ask for the ginger beer, no vodka. A nice break from getting ginger ale.

I actually liked them, a break from my usual Bloody Mary.

I got one today. It was decent. Not as good as at a bar with muddled lime but still a worthy alternative to a Bloody Mary at 6pm.
