I realized that mileage posted extremely fast in the past few days. I saw the credit posted on my account in just the time to go to the lounge and check-in yesterday. Same for this morning flight.
Has AS updated its IT system or mileage credit procedure in the past few days?
In the past credit posted 2 to 4 days and sometimes much more.

My flights to NOLA we’re both posted within 30 mins of arrival! Amazing, yet so doable in today’s world. Definitely a huge advantage for Mileage Plan!

didn't check while en route last night, but TPA-SEA posted less than 12 hours after arrival ... which makes 75K official (as mentioned in the fine print in the Roll Call thread)

I’ve been commuting weekly between LA and NY since August. All of my flights in either direction consistently posted 3 days after the flight until two weeks ago when my flight to JFK posted by the time I landed. Similarly, tonight, the miles for my flight from JFK posted by the time I landed in LA. Interestingly, however, my inbound from EWR two weeks ago took 3 days to post, as did my outbound this week, and both flights in either direction last week. Some flight are definitely posting more quickly, but, as others had said, it’s inconsistent.

I finally had one post almost immediately.
I was about 360 miles from making MVPG at the start of the week (last trip was B6+DL because AS was priced too much higher at booking time) and flew LAX-BOS Monday morning, returning Wednesday evening. Neither of those were posted as of yesterday, though I got upgraded on the return flight anyway. I flew BUR-PDX yesterday evening (5000 miles past MVPG in principle, but still MVP in the system) and *that* flight posted some time less than 30 minutes after arrival. The LAX-BOS did post some time during the night, and the return will probably post in a few days.

Again, had miles post by the time I landed. JFK-LAX.
I checked 2 hours before landing and they were not posted. I next checked immediately after we left the runway, and it was there.
So it must have been some time in the last 2 hours of the flight.

I flew Cathay a few times in August. Consistently took less than a week to post. May be related to the day of week you fly. Interestingly, Alaska flights on the same PNR took longer to post (over a week).
