a better question ... can anyone state authoritatively how many drawings AS has actually held?

A good place to start would be the official rules. Looks like the drawing is once per year, and each person gets up to one entry per month.

If you really want to know, send a SASE to "Customer Feedback Sweepstakes" at: P.O. Box 68900, Seattle, WA 98168 and you'll get a list of names of the winners. May be interesting to see if anyone actually won

Does anyone still have an envelope or a stamp? What is this, 1980?

so by this point there has been one, maybe two, winners? and they probably got 5000 miles each or a leftover F meal?

Going to assume from your response that you didn’t follow the link. The prize is two tickets anywhere Alaska flies. At least, that’s what it is this year. I don’t remember how many years sweepstakes like these have been running on Alaska Listens.

On April 28, 2014 I received the following email from a gentleman identifying himself as a "Senior Project Manager - PMO" at Alaska Airlines:

Hi Bill.

Greetings from Alaska Airlines.

On 3/11/2014 (ORD-SEA) you completed a survey on AlaskaListens.com and entered
in our drawing for a Kindle Fire HDX.

Congratulations! You are our winner for the month of March.

If you can send me your mailing address I will have the Kindle Fire mailed to
you asap.

Thank you for being a valued Alaska Airlines customer. Let me know if you hae
any questions. I'm happy to be of any help.

I was skeptical as the email was text only and it didn't look very official. After a couple of rounds of email with the gentleman I determined that I had, indeed, won the prize and I received my Kindle Fire HDX via FedEx within a couple of days.

Just for what it's worth: Was curious and requested the list of winners with a SASE according to the terms, and received nothing back after almost 2 months.

Oh man, I thought it was one entry per survey. Shows it pays to read the fine print.

Shouldn't expect anything until sometime in January or February. You have to submit the SASE by the end of the entry period (Dec 31) which would mean it's too late to get the name of last year's winner.

I won 5,000 miles.

Edit: Ooops... I actually received these miles for participating in the Insight Community random drawing.

Update: I received a letter back today from an AS Call Center Supervisor with the list of winners from 2018. There are 7 names listed and nothing else.

I'm apprehensive about posting the letter here in case it's against FT TOS.
