business is coming back for essential client travel....

It'll be interesting to see how things shake out in the next few weeks after kids "go back" to school (whatever that looks like). Still status quo for our teams at work. Essential travel only, approved by the C level team. Right now we've had one airplane trip company wide since March 12 and one more is coming up.

Full disclosure: I traveled roughly 40-45 weeks a year for at least ten years. This break has been very weird and strangely a nice change of pace. I miss my friends at AS/WN that I would see more than my wife at times and I'm deeply hopeful that they come through this unscathed both health wise and with their jobs.

Really no change in 320 - i really see a lot of 739s coming back online in lieu of airbus......of course we will see what happens when Hawaii opens back up!

I don't suppose there is any way to know if the A320s showing up on SEA-STL/IND starting in November are actually replacing the 739s on those routes or if they are placeholders?

I had an MSP-SEA flight that was listed as the VX-configured "Airbus Series" with 8F seats at booking that then changed to a 739. Also had a couple transcons that were using 738s that then switched to 739s likely due to the extension of the blocked seating policy.

I flew PVR-LAX last Friday. The aircraft was listed as an A320. The aircraft was utilized on the route.

Yeah, IIRC, that is one of the a/c that was never reconfigured.

I actually prefer the A321 since it's easier to clear into F with 16 seats and there are leg rests....in Y, the tablet holders are also quite helpful.

It is not going for storage, it is being repainted for lease return.

Foot rests, not leg rests. The A321 F cabin looks very attractive but I find the F seats to be very hard overall.
