Not good advice! On what grounds is a chargeback supported? I couldn't get my award flight so I didn't want them anymore isn't going to hold much weight.

- Miles are non-refundable and do not count toward MVP and MVP/Gold status.

Thanks for the advise. I will not do a chargeback - not worth the trouble

I am looking for JL J seats in March NRT-C1. I am not getting any availability to any gateway across multiple days. Have others experienced the same? EF shows plenty of seats

March is a popular time to visit Japan so it may be challenging. You might have a better chance looking for F at this point. I do see J BOS-NRT 3/6 and F JFK-NRT/HND or ORD-NRT on 3/7.

EF is mandatory for getting awards. It allows you to monitor selling levels, hence managing your expectations and helping you allocate time to manual checks. What you need now is awardnexus to email if/when space is available. EF and AN are best used in conjunction with one another.

EF does not show JL award seats. If you are looking at revenue inventory it may not correlate to awards.

EF does not show awards, but it shows general availability. JL is 9s all across most flights I saw in business, so I am thinking it is not a booking issue, but maybe JL has not released Premium seats to AS....
