Baggage Allowance on KLM Business Class Award

Baggage Allowance on KLM Business Class Award
Please bear with me, this is a little complicated. I have booked two business class award tickets from Edinburgh to Amsterdam on KLM for later this fall. Because I am trying to use up some old Delta miles, I booked my ticket using these and booked a separate reservation (same flight) using her Alaska miles.
When I look at both reservation on the KLM website & app, it shows my reservation having two free checked bags (again, this is using Delta miles) and my wife's reservation (using Alaska miles) as having no free bags. Again, both are business class seats/reservations.
First, will they really charge us if we have more than 2 checked bags between us? If so, is there something I can do to get this changed on the Alaska milegae award?
