Is Every Flight From SEA-PDX Today Really Sold Out?

I know Sunday evenings are busy travel days, but with the holiday tomorrow, I didn't think EVERY single Y seat would be sold out for the rest of the day....yikes!

It looks like AS2503 has some open seats.

Yep...those two Y seats must have become available in the last 30 minutes or so....might be some rare VDB opportunities tonight for SEA-PDX flyers!

It is rather surprising the number of travelers on the route... Amtrak still has some space on the 2 something and 5 something departures out of King Street as well. Maybe worth throwing another mainline jet on this route Sunday evenings...

It is...especially since many have Presidents Day off tomorrow...you would think tomorrow night would be the busy night...the 737 SEA-PDX is sold out....either they could add a 737 or maybe run an 11:30pm QX flight to give another connection option for flights from the East coast.

Well, as of now there are a few more seats open, on the 3P, 4P, 5P, and 5:30P flights. But very strange.

yeah some people probably did standbys for earlier departures and freed up some space on later flights. Still odd though

Presidents' Day is one of those holidays not observed by private companies so you don't have the shift to Monday for travel.

Took AS 415 yesterday morning and we had less than 30 total passengers...did a SDC for the easy upgrade to F. Tonight I'm on 414 and it's packed to the gills....my wife was just above me on the upgrade list since I booked her ticket a few minutes before mine way back in December..she got the upgrade yesterday and despite more U space opening up, I am still in Y and got passed up...oh well, happy wife, happy life, right?

Lets just say this, I'd hate to be in charge of load forecasting for SEA-PDX...

Alaska-air.com is showing only two seats available for SEA-PDX the entire day on March 29th....for those with EF, is that accurate? I know it's Spring Break season, but with all the seats available on this route (including the daily 737 service), it's amazing that the entire day is nearly 100% sold out over two weeks in-advance...

I'm seeing now only a single seat open, on 2129. Wowzers.
