Cannot book CX Awards!!! (fixed 3/26/2012)

Cannot book CX Awards!!! (fixed 3/26/2012)
Found lotsa CX ff mile space on ExpertFlyer called AA, their computer systems have been down for OVER A WEEK! CX changed their res system which now is not working with AAs AND called Alaska with the same issue. Awwww shucks.
AS at least said they had a work around until 3p Friday but that has since been stopped. AA said nothing of a work around.
So currentl cannot book any award space.

Not only was I able to make changes, but when I went on the CX site to get seat assignments on my HKG>DPS>HKG leg, it let me choose seats in the first class cabin (2A/2K)! These sectors are business class only even though the equipment is a 747 with first class configuration. Until yesterday, this cabin was blocked from seat assignments online. In past trips to DPS, I had to beg and conjole to get those seats - it was a pleasant surprise to select them online!

Talked with an agent Saturday night.
They state the fix date came and went, so the updates internally are saying that they are close. I tried to get a more specific timeline but they could not since the emails no longer contain dates. I asked like 2 weeks close and the representative felt it could be any day.
Maybe the AS IT staff should call the AA IT staff and get the solution from them. I know that would be TOO simple but would be the optimal customer service, so too much to expect.
