Pepe's is for tourists. Better places to go which are in walking distance of the airport.
But i'd take that any day over the short-lived unusually cheap burger joint in the late 80's early 90's (my wife was a kid at the time, but vividly remembers the story). Everyone loved the super cheap burgers, but an usual amount of pets went missing over time (cats, dogs, etc). The health dept flew in and shut them down.
