I griped about this in the Upgrade Processor thread but at T-24 there were 7 first class seats avail and I was #1 on the list and got upgraded at T-0. Even stranger, they put me in row 4 so there was only one meal choice by the time they came around to take my order (actually not that big of a deal because it's what I would have gotten anyway). And found it weird that when I checked the list at T-24 there wasn't even an in-app offer to pay for an upgrade.
