Seeing almost third of flight being an elite, it was no surprise that I didn't get upgraded. There was 1 seat available at T-48 but 0 at T-24. I wonder how many chocolate they went through in main cabin...
Premium Snack new? It was evident that flight crew passed out small bag (inside a basket/tray) of chips/snack at beginning of flight to Premium Class passengers but not to remaining main cabin seats. Is this new? Only for certain flights? I know Delta does this but never have seen Alaska do this. Main Cabin and Premium Class also got the usual pretzels.

#1,2 of 34 at T-72 with 6 of 16 seats available in F, 52 on the waitlist at T-48. A party of two not on the waitlist got seats at T-28, another party of two at T-26, down to two seats. At T-4 someone not on the waitlist got a seat, and at T-2 #3 got upgraded to the last seat. Odd to sit next to someone who was #32 on the waitlist and got a chocolate.

Thought I was out of luck. Sitting at #1 on list since window opened. FC offer dropped from $580 to $330 and last two open seats disappeared. But looks like a traveling pair cancelled last minute at T-3.
First flight of the year (shuttle up from PDX was upgrade but not counting those.)
---
And at T-45 min it was taken away, back to coach.

F cabin was full 7 days prior and throughout to T-1. At T-24, I was #1 of 38 with no seat available. If I hadn't been a 1MM, I don't think I would have gotten the last minute release of F seat.

F cabin had 8 open seats prior to T-5 and UGs slowly trickled down with no U available. Next leg had GGU applied so was hoping for U to open up between booking and departure date.
