Where did the year to date EQM tracker go
It used to be prominent on the website when you hit Account Overview.

Disappeared now and I can't find it anywhere.

I can't find it either. Kind of important as we get closer to the end of the year.

Even better, when you hit the "rewards" button on the main account page, you get a 404 error.

Classic IT move when there's no real user testing allowed. First thing I checked, first minute day one of the rollout. Fail.

Wife and I (both of us yearly MVP 100's) have been trying to find the eqm's now after multiple frustrating attempts---and failed. We are willing to learn and appreciative of anyone more versed than ourselves. Can you tell us the "click pathway" to get to it? Have exhausted all attempts

Called Customer Care. After a 1 hr wait, not help.

Open app store for iphone or android, type in atmos rewards. download app. sign in with alaska login info. Click banner at top that shows progress graph. Or click account on bottom right. There is progress bar to next milestone on left and on the right is graph to get back to same status you currently have. Quite helpful and looks great. Not sure why they couldnt implement on website. lol.

What does the atmos app do that the Alaska airlines app doesnt? Are we going to need to have both apps now or is the Alaska airlines app going away?

Speculation of course, but I am willing to bet you need both. Atmos for everything mileage/elite related, and then the AS and HA apps for flights.

Probably going to need to do that until the beginning of October when HA miles get folded into ATMOS. Hopefully once that happens all the HA miles will be safely stored there while HA and AS migrated to a single PSS. Not bad to have if PSS migration goes sideways.

As a PSA, HA miles wouldn't be accessible during the last week of September while migration happens.
