I stumbled upon this yesterday morning and chose my 10K level and 30K level perks. Both have cleared. Of note my 10K appears to have been a result of my being a MM and the head start of 20K as I just cleared the 30K mark last Sunday.

Does anyone know the logistics of the $100 lounge discount? Does it have to be used in the same calendar year, or does it stick around until the next time my membership renews, even if thats next year?

I’m at 28,000+ so far for the year. I was going to wait for the 30k perk next week but does that mean I lose the 10k peak, or does it stay alive. It doesn't say.

You won't lose 10K perk as there are separate tabs for each perk and milestone. There does appear to be a choose by date on the tabs but looks to be a 4 month window.

I haven't picked my 10K perk yet...I'm hoping that the free fresh food item perk magically returns to the list of choices.

Hard to know $100 lounge discount terms for 30K perk redemption

Tho Im just about to reach 30K travel and will see the perk option likely as soon as Sunday night/Monday morning, many of us who reach that level already receive that benefit via Alaska credit card, and/or have selected comp lounge access and will not select this option. Add to that, AS just raised its lounge membership fee on Feb 12, 2025. I doubt there is anyone waiting to purchasing membership.

And I doubt very many would choose this perk given the fact that it already comes with having the Alaska Visa.

Visa benefit is Lounge+ only. New benefit also applies for the less expensive base Lounge membership

Now that I can see the perk, it seem I have 4 month to claim, then activate within one year of claiming the perk. hope that helps.

Come New Year if I requalify for 100K I'll probably get the Lounge+ or get enough through the Premium card. I guess my 30K perk choice will be the 2500 RDM.

If? You've had more PDBs this year already than an EK F flyer (not comparing quality of the PDB!)

Yes, I guess in the last few days PDBs helped making up for not going to lounges due to short layovers. At EWR there wasn't time for AC at another terminal and to re-enter security, at PDX I barely got a look at the Alaska lounge from the outside, at FLL it was directly from the arrival gate to the departure gate, and at SEA an SDC made the connection tighter than the lit on an unopened jar of strawberry jam, or the dress on Sydney Sweeney at a film festival's red carpet if you like. I had breakfast at the SFO Alaska lounge Monday morning and did not step inside a lounge again until Tuesday afternoon, the SFO AC.

Has anyone received a proactive notification from Alaska that they have earned a perk? For those who aren't paying attention, they may not realize they have earned a perk, especially at the 10K level if they aren't used to paying attention to EQMs.
