When/how often does the upgrade processor run?

I'm now T-71 from my flight and there is U space showing, I txt AS customer service and the response after talking to the support desk was:

"our system has you as the next to clear. I spoke to a supervisor, we will have to wait for the system to do its part."

It's a mystery. As a point of reference, in the 100k thread there are reports of upgrades processing at around T-114 instead of T-120. If you crack the code on this one then there are a few more for you to solve too.

Thanks I perused that thread, perhaps the magic words are asking them to run the upgrade processor vs asking why i'm not in first yet?

Not sure agents have any power to run the upgrade processor, but always worth a short. Its very random to me.

A scene from the Alaska Upgrade Desk. This shows IT employees deciding when to run the processor.

Wow it looks like they really updated the upgrade desk computer.. A few months ago it was looking like this, but good to see they're only 10-15 years behind current computers now..

Neither agents nor supervisors can trigger the upgrade processor.

It seems random but it seems like it runs around 4-5 times a day.
