It will be soon as I have had to cancel several trips as the functions I was to attend have been canceled. It probably will extend more as the few places I want to go to no longer have non-stops and I really do not want to be on a 2-3 stop trip taking over 6 hours wearing a mask and having little to no onboard service except what I can bring (or smuggle) on board.

second place was 2 years, Sep 2010 to Aug 2012 (98 total flights); heavy business travel WAS-BOS/DAY/VPS/COS/ABQ had me concentrating on DL status, so I favored them even for LAX and SEA trips

I don't know if anyone else who's constantly on the road ever has this feeling but I spend so much time during trips thinking "I'd love to get a week or two at home!" Now that I've been here two months, I'm thinking "man, I'd love to get back on a plane!"
Interesting observation. Wonder if more people are flying or if the flight consolidations are working. I keep seeing stats that say TSA is screening more people nationwide. For us and most of our customers, we're stuck at home until at least June.
My first few trips back I'm bringing Starbucks cards for the crew. I normally bring chocolates around Christmas or if I'm going to Hawaii, but I figure everyone could use a little appreciation even if it's a normal two hour PHX-PDX trip.

The longest I have gone without flying was 2016. January , of that year, flew home from Hawaii. Went for check up and received news no one wants to get.
With a cancer DX, was told that I would not be going anywhere for 12 months. AS was great cancelling and refunding all booked trips .
I am lucky to live in Seattle area for treatment, fellow FLyertalker, AKCuisine, had to fly back and forth to Seattle for treatment. Really felt bad to read posts from those flights.
I am one of the lucky ones and doing well. Unfortunately, we lost AKCuisine.
