I submitted an Alaska Listens complaint. I expect a boilerplate response in 4-8 weeks. Will update if there’s anything more than that

I would also prompt Customer Care over the phone as well. They don't always review Alaska Listens complaints in my experience.

Same thing happened to me last week. I was #1 on the upgrade list but T-60 my name was gone on the upgrade list. People way below me got upgraded meanwhile my name wasn't even there. Agent gave me 4,000 miles, for a flight from SEA to EWR. It's not a lot but better than nothing.
