Same thing happened to me last week. I was #1 on the upgrade list but T-60 my name was gone on the upgrade list. People way below me got upgraded meanwhile my name wasn't even there. Agent gave me 4,000 miles, for a flight from SEA to EWR. It's not a lot but better than nothing.

Was #1 on the 2026.05.06 JFK-HNL list from T-24. Around 30min before boarding; I disappeared completely from the list along with some others. The new #1 got 3G and I kept my Y+ seat. The gate agent didn’t understand my question about why I had disappeared from the list and didn’t care.
