Biz class service on cross-country flights?

What's it like on those cross-country (ATL-LAS, ATL-SEA, ATL-SFO) flights? Do they serve snacks and drinks more than once or just at the start of the flight? Out of curiosity, what's it like in coach? Thanks.

Theoretically there should be two offerings of snacks, one morning basket (cookies) and one evening (chips/pretzels). Good chance of that not happening. But they've been very good about stocking, and it's not unusual at all for people to wander up to the galley to ask for more. Drinks are also whenever you'd like.

Coach gets two or three drink services, only the first one generally comes automatically with snacks, although you can ask after that. Often the third service is a coffee/water type of thing.
