EventSaver Program?

Does anyone have any experience with the EventSaver program? I'm getting married next year in South Florida and I'm thinking of signing up to secure a discount for my guests. Most people will be coming from the PHL/BWI area so the non-stops to FLL are attractive. Is there a downside to this program? It looks like you get a 10% discount plus one a one time waiver of the change fee. Any input would be appreciated.
