FL First Class?

You know there's a problem when you hear an agent at an AirTran hub make the announcement for Zone 1, elites, and First Class passengers to begin boarding their FL flight. The announcement was made a number of times - it was not just a 1x slip. Indications point to this agent being from WN.

Has anyone else heard the same announcement?

It looks like there needs to be better cross-training, if WN agents are handling FL flights.

I haven't heard that announcement but it doesn't surprise me. It may be a move to get AirTran passengers more used to the Southwest boarding model.
